AI-powered Energy Efficiency Platform
Dynamic‑E is an AI-powered energy management platform developed as a side project of Foton Energy. It helps European households optimize electricity consumption through a cross-platform web application with a focus on usability, efficiency, and actionable insights for users.
The Team
After joining Foton Energy, I was introduced to an exceptional, multidisciplinary team that had already been developing the AI model for months. This group — consisting of two AI specialists in Turkey, a back-end developer in Italy, and a graphic designer in Germany — had invested a great deal of effort into building the intelligence behind the product.
My Role
What they needed next was a way to bring those efforts to life through a user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging interface. That's where I came in: my role was to visualize their hard work and translate the AI output into a usable product. Despite the complexity of the system, I was able to fully onboard in less than two weeks.
The Outcome
Working closely across multiple time zones and disciplines, our team successfully developed and launched the MVP in under two months, just in time for a major energy event in the Netherlands. The project demonstrated the power of agile, remote, and cross-border collaboration.
